Your data, exported, imported and deleted

Export my data

Settings > Export my data saves everything you have stored as a file: your answers, settings and every entry. Keep it wherever you like.

Export for a spreadsheet gives a zip with a CSV file for each kind of entry, such as meals, water, sleep, weight, sessions and medicines.

Import from a file

Settings > Import from a file brings an export back, on this account or a new one. If there is already data here, you choose between replacing it with the file and cancelling. Nothing is merged by surprise.

Delete your account

Settings > Delete account lists everything that goes and offers an export first. Enter your password once more and your account is deleted at once, with every entry, photo and message it holds, on every phone. It cannot be undone. The email can then start a new account from nothing.

If you can no longer reach the app, ask on the contact page and it will be done for you.

Who can see it

Only you. If you ask for help, the person supporting you can read your data, read only, and every look is written to a log that cannot be edited. Your data is never sold or used for ads. The privacy policy has the details.
